What is the process for onboarding new clients?

The onboarding process for new clients will depend upon the services provided in your campaign.  The following steps are universal processes, regardless of your campaign’s size or parameters.

•  Consultation
We meet with your team to review your unique goals and objectives.  Based on our industry expertise, we recommend the most effective strategies to reach your goals.  In this stage, clients are provided with clear, measurable benchmarks to know what they should expect from their campaign’s performance.

•  Development
During this phase, we review your core brand components and company’s messaging.  We integrate these components into custom sales materials for your campaign.  These materials may include, but are not limited to: Sales Scripts (for our call team), Data Development, Promotional Materials, Content Development and more.

•  Management
A dedicated Campaign Manager is assigned to your campaign.  This person will serve as your primary contact and will be your resource for inquiries, campaign performance updates and more.

•  Execution
Your campaign is launched, with real-time performance updates made throughout the campaign.  Oftentimes, we make strategic performance-based improvements from this data.

What is the timeline to launch services?

For new clients, the timeline to initiate service (from “Consultation” to “Execution”) can range, depending upon the parameters of your campaign and services included.  For full-scale telemarketing campaigns, this process typically takes 1-2 weeks to accommodate the onboarding process.  However, once you’re established as a client, the process to initiate new service is reduced drastically.

What kind of contact management system does MarketReach use?

We use QuickBase, which is a cloud-based contact management solution (CMS), that we customize for our specific campaigns.  With QuickBase, all profiles are uploaded in digital format with the ability to keep detailed records for each prospect.  This solution allows clients to develop a profile to access their client data throughout their campaign or following their pilot program.

Our competitors rarely consider the value of the prospect list as a whole. MarketReach spent time and money ensuring that your prospect list exports out of our system in an easy-to-navigate format (excel spreadsheet) so that whether you’re with us long-term or not, you can use the prospect list for a multi-channel marketing effort.

Data Management

How is the data sourced?

We can source data in multiple ways, including, but not limited to:

  • •  Client Data
    Client data, or “warm” lists, are sourced from data provided by the client. We can provide services for data entry of contacts obtained (to convert this data into formattable use). We also offer services for data enrichment (to enhance client databases with key metrics and increase campaign performance).
  • •  List Development
    This is a customized list developed in-house from “scratch” that identifies the key metrics relevant to your campaign.  These lists are “warm” in that they are created around the targeted definitions and qualifying perimeters of your campaign (your targeted prospects, industries and “niche” audiences).
  • •  Data Acquisition
    This is a list purchased on your behalf from a third party broker.  This data is typically “cold” with limited control of key metrics.  However, with ongoing prospect list management, MarketReach can convert these lists into “warm” data through research, direct outreach, and data enrichment.

What are the policies for data?

Regardless of how the data is sourced, your prospect list is yours to use for future marketing efforts, whether you are a client of MarketReach or not.

    All client data is stored securely on our CMS platform.
  • Transparency
    Clients may access their prospect list throughout the lifecycle of their programs with us.
  • Exclusivity
    Our clients benefit from being the only client we’re working with from the demographics of the list chosen. This ensures that you have control and best chance of closing business, over the territory of prospects we are working on your behalf.
  • Data Retention
    When your campaign concludes, upon request, MarketReach will return your complete, enhanced prospect list for you to retain for use in future marketing efforts.

Therefore, our specialty and continued goal is to ensure that our initial work for you is encouraging enough for you to see real value with continued application. As your sales cycle continues its course throughout the year, to see lasting success, you must be relentless with feeding your sales pipeline.  ROI depends upon steady, consistent and diligent work in your warm AND cold markets, regardless of whether your sales cycle is 1 week or 1 year.  A short-term pilot campaign will establish long-term expectations regarding the potential number of appointments over the course of the ensuing months.
